
GYM Routines
Here at R-Fitness we are very interested in individual progress in the gym and your training in general. Therefore, our group of personal trainers creates individualized gym programs, created for the client's performance and comfort. Each program includes a personalized routine with photos and videos of each exercise. The client will also have access to online questions as well as an instant reply service on whatsapp. Each program will be created according to the devices or accessibility that the client has.
One of our biggest approach is * Shocking the muscle *. This refers to not letting the muscle adapt to a single routine. This is achieved by attacking the different angles of the muscles with variations of exercises. Each program will be updated every month to ensure we do not encounter repetitiveness and to make sure we provide a fun experience at the gym or other environments.

Our programs include preparation (warm-up) as well as instructions for muscle recovery after exercise to prevent injuries and improve your progress in the gym.
The best way to know that the client is on the right track is through checks with photos and videos every two weeks with any questions that the client may have. This helps us to add or modify any changes in the program that the client needs.
